Overall responsibility for interviewing and supporting new and current clients training and development needs. Responsible for implementing new NVQ courses and other personalised training through local colleges. Acts as a mentor to help our clients through difficult issues they may have at work, or sign-posting to specialists where personal issues need addressing.
