- one25 Night Walk [EVENT]

One25 is a registered charity which benefits women exploited and marginalised through their involvement in street prostitution within Bristol. The charity runs an outreach van, outreach foot teams, casework, support and drop-in centre. In November 2008 they plan to launch a much needed project called Naomi House, a residential unit, with practical 24 hour support.
One25 is holding a Night Walking event on the 4th April 2008 at 11pm. Registration is £5 which includes refreshments, sunrise breakfast and the registration pack. This is a sponsored walk for either 1 loop of around 5 miles, or the full figure 8, totalling around 10 miles. For more info please contact:

- Dorothea Restorations Contract

We are now well into our new contract with Dorothea Restorations, having successfully negotiated a contract to clean up and redecorate their old unit, here in Bristol. The work, which will take a number of weeks, covers a wide variety of areas from floor-painting to scaffold useage, for which our staff have received recent training from PASMA.
With a large detail of work now available to us, we are hunting for more volunteers and work placements to assist in our ever espanding property maintenance businesses. Presently looking to take on, initially on a voluntary, or work placement basis, two new painters and at least one window cleaner.
