Aspire is led by a small committed core staff team dedicated to providing the environment for its workers to develop in successful professional businesses.

Regional Manager – Paul Tipler
Paul has brought a wealth of business and community experience to Aspire. He has led the impressive expansion of its businesses and social outputs over the last 10 years.

In the last three years Don has overseen a tremendous growth in our painting business and 267% growth in our gardening business. His experience of leading and developing teams has facilitated the significant development of these businesses. Property Refurbishment Team Leader – Malcolm Bourne
Malcolm has led the development of this, our newest business, since 2011. Properties are totally refurbished to the highest standard with a drive for quality at the heart of everything Malcolm and his team does. His ability to develop people is matched by his passion to deliver excellence in all his building projects. Painting and Decorating Team Leader - Paul Turley
Paul has developed many workers into professional painters and decorators, as well as helping Aspire secure and deliver more contracts than ever. Reconciling the different demands of customers, along with a growing business and nurturing team members has been achieved with a high degree of success. His dedication in bringing out the potential of our workers and attaining the highest possible standards sets Paul apart.

Window Cleaning Team Leader – George Janes
George is the longest serving member of the Aspire team. He has helped build the window cleaning business into one of the most successful in Bristol. His ability to deliver efficient and speedy cleaning services, whilst focusing on customer care, sums up what Aspire services are about. We’ve lost count of the number of customers who have recommended George to others.

Carpentry Team Leader – Nathan Palmer
Nathan is a master craftsman whose talent and flair for workmanship is matched by his dedication to customer satisfaction. His ability to nurture and bring the best out of his team to serve his customers has been acquired through many years perfecting his trade. Gardening and Landscaping Team Leader – Jim Hills
Jim leads our gardening services team and has been fundamental in dramatically improving the quality and breadth of our services. He has a special ability to professionally manage his projects and develop his teams whilst always focusing on fulfilling customer needs: this is what makes Jim stand out from the crowd.
